1 killed, 3 hurt in crash on I-76 frontage road in Brighton DENVER (KDVR) — One person was killed and three more hurt in a Thursday afternoon crash on the eastbound Interstate 76 frontage road.The Brighton Police Department posted about the crash at 2:15 p.m. A police spokesperson told FOX31 that it was a single-vehicle crash, and all involved were adults.One of those adults was pronounced dead on the scene, while the others were transported to a hospital. Photos: Westminster firefighters reunite beagle with owner DENVER (KDVR) -- One small dog caused a big issue on Wednesday after getting stuck in a drainage pipe.On Wednesday morning, Harvey, a beagle, ran after a small creature and became stuck in a drainage pipe at the Little Dry Creek Dog Park. When it became clear Harvey wasn't going to leave of his own accord, Westminster Police Department's Animal Management officers and firefighters responded to the scene to help out. 2 dogs rescued in 2 days by Aspen firefighters Thankfully, Harvey is safely back in the arms of his humans, but the process was not an easy one, according to the Westminster Fire Department's Facebook page.Harvey was stuck in a drainage pipe that began on dry land but ended in the creek, which isn't so dry during this season.
